Air National Guard- Lots of questions?

I am a woman thinking of going into the Air National Guard. The commitment is 6 years after Basic Training and Tech School. I do want to eventually have another child (I have one son now) Can someone tell me how the Guard would view that and if signing up with the military if I am forfeiting my option to have another child. Also how are women generally treated in the military? Does become a factor in deployment? Any advice from women who have been thru this process would be great.
