How to hook up a CB to a 2001 Ford Ranger Auto, short Box, Standard Cab.?

Ok i have a CB deck with an external speaker and a speaker for a PA system. My question is whats best to do with my truck? I have a Cup holder atatched to the floor but i think i can remove it. I also have a aftermarket CD player with the interface attached to the paenger airbag panel below the radio. What wires do i need and what kind of anntena do i need.? How do i even go about installing.?
