Conspiracy theory: Security threat in Paris. Really? Or are we being duped?

I have a feeling the government is punishing France for banning burkahs by issuing a false security alert. I mean really. They just happen to know at any moment there will be an attack on Paris? Does this make sense? They are literally saying that there will be an attack on Paris BECAUSE of the ban on burkahs. Seems like government trying to hurt Parisian tourism in order to make them rethink their ban. What do you think?
