How to transfer pokemon to PBR w/o the original game?

i am using R4DS software in my DS and i found out that pokemon transfer to pbr isnt possible. so how can i transfer pokemon into pbr w/o buying the original cd? (if u suggest M3, pls tell me wud M3 is cos i hav no dea wad that is)
