Is my stretched ear infected or..?

I have been stretching my ears, and recently had a small blowout after trying to stretch them from a 6g to a 4g too soon. After a couple of days, I downsized and cleaned it out with sea salt and water. It's been about a month now, but it's still a little sore when pressure is applied. I took out my gauge and saw that a tiny little spot in the inside of the hole is blue. It seems that that portion is the spot that hurts. Is it an infection? And, if so, what should I do to get rid of it? I just want my ears to be okay. :\
