What is the chemical / or process that machine shops use to clean all the sludge, carbon off cylinder heads?

Is this chemical available to repair shops? Every time I send a cyl head out it comes back so clean and like new. I would love to buy some of that stuff to clean out all my customers' cylinder heads and intake manifolds without having to send them out (saving time mainly). Any help would be appreciated.
