38 weeks prego, blood in urine and mild cramps?

hi, i'm 38 weeks pregnant, this morning i saw tinge of blood in my urine along with mucous and also having mild menstrual cramps which are bearable, these pains are not so intense though. also i'm feeling these cramps since a week. could i be delivering soon? I called my midwife and she told me to go to go to the hospital and et it checked, but i'm scared what if they don't admit me saying that i'm not there yet. it will be a disappoint for me. please help me
