Boys Problems! Help Please!!!?

Ok there's this guy that i really like and i think he likes me but idk... he sometimes says that i'm dumb( in a playful way) and then the other day i was running in a track meet.. and i ripped it out on the track.. i was really hurt and he ran over and saw me help me up.. carried me to the bleachers and sat with me till the whole thing was over.... i really don't know!! help me please!!!
