Dog scarin my chickens?

i got a few chickens i raise and my damn neighbers chiwawa keep on scarin them so im goona teach that dog a lesson and lock it outside in my fence it aint goin no where with a week of no food and 10 degree nights maybe itll think bout messin with my chickens people dont need dogs anyway and dogs dont need heat things is just to expensive right now in this economy espesially with all this obama tax stuff we been seein speekin of no one care about this country anymore??
