Is it traditional or is it a past tradition to shout sanctuary in a cathedral?
like in the movie hunch back of notre dame when Quasimodo shouts sanctuary, is that a really something one could do at some point? did it mean the person who shouted sanctuary could not be harmed? or is it something Disney made up?
