A question about hotspot shield....plzzz help?

i wanna download hotspot shield 1.17 because 1.22 just doesn't work even if it's connected but the problem is.....when i download version 1.17 then it automatically converts into version 1.22 after some time....but i don't want that....i want version 1.17.....what should i do plz??
