Teaching my mom about horses?
I'm 13 now, and there's a big chance of me getting a horse when I'm 16. I've been riding since 1st grade and my mom has been to almost all of my lessons. She just watches the horse move and me riding but not really paying attention to the instructions, so she doesn't know the concept of horseback riding. Since I will most likely be getting a horse in 3 years I would like her to know at least the basics of horseback riding and horse care even though it will be my horse. She knows a little bit of this and that and my instructor is actually having my mom help me put the bridle on the horse I ride so she can learn, but she needs to know more than that. How can I help her learn the basics of horseback riding and horse care? She is very busy and not always up to doing things that she doesn't need to do at the moment, so what is a particularly fast and easy way to learn these things? Please give as many ways as possible, and thank you for any responses! :)
